[architecture]: victorian beauty in tiny spaces

I love to browse through photos of interior designs with my mouth wide open in awe of how designers can come up with such brilliant decorations. I think i have out-done myself with this post…its about a tiny [vintage] cottage in catskills, new york re-designed with the victorian era in mind.

It is a converted old hunting cabin [ its tiny though, a 9×14 space]turned into a woman’s feminine-delicate dream [almost a full dream, theres no heat or plumbing]. the cost of total renovations? only 3,000 dollars! The owner is a vintage lover [like me] and searched high and low for furniture & decorations, at flea markets and vtg stores to complete her [almost all white] haven.

this tiny little dream home has me wishing i could have a fairy-tale escape like this to run to!

ps. the story that comes along with the woman who owns this is, in some ways [tragically] beautiful. Read the WHOLE story HERE

xoxo.
